- Date Display: Simple, but helpful. I can never remember the date during exam season.
- Quartz Movement: Super accurate. I’ve only had to adjust it once, and that was because I accidentally left it next to a magnet (oops).
Here’s the funny part—I read somewhere that the watch was solar-powered, which was a big reason I bought it. Turns out, this model actually runs on a regular battery. That was my mistake. I guess I confused it with another Edifice model. Still, the battery should last a few years, and I don’t really mind now.
Why I Think It’s Worth It
For around $150 (sometimes even less if you catch a deal), you’re getting a watch that looks professional, is durable, and performs like something in a much higher price range. Whether you’re dressing up for a presentation or just going out with friends, it fits the occasion. It even looks great in photos—yes, I’ve already used it as a prop in my Instagram story.
I’ve had classmates and even my TA ask me about it. And honestly, it’s cool having a watch that not everyone else is wearing. Casio is more known for their G-Shock line, but the Edifice collection deserves more attention—especially pieces like this.
